Cancellation and Refund Policy
Dhoah is committed to providing a fair and flexible experience for both clients and service providers, ensuring transparency and protection for all parties. The following terms apply:
For Clients

If the service provider cancels the booking within 24 hours of confirmation, the client has the right to choose another available provider on the desired date at no additional cost.

If the client cancels the booking more than 24 hours before the scheduled service, a full refund will be issued.

If the client cancels the booking after 24 hours of confirmation, a service fee will be deducted from the total amount as a booking charge.

In cases of no-show or late arrival without prior notice, the booking will be considered used, and no refund will be issued.

For payments made through Tabby or Tamara, cancellations and refunds will follow the policies of those platforms and will be processed directly through them.
For Service Providers

Providers have the right to refuse or reschedule a booking in case of emergencies, provided that the client is notified in advance through the application.

If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the provider has the right to cancel the booking and retain part of the payment as compensation for the reserved time.

Clients are not permitted to contact providers directly outside the application to ensure secure and professional communication.

If a client repeatedly cancels bookings or violates platform policies, the provider may report the issue to Dhoah’s administration for review and action.

Providers must maintain high service quality and respect confirmed appointments. The application reserves the right to take necessary measures in case of repeated complaints or non-compliance.
