Data Deletion Policy – Dawwah Services

1. Introduction

Welcome to Dawwah Services, operated by Alshammam Trading Company (شركة الشمّام للتجارة).
We respect your right to privacy, including your right to access, modify, and permanently delete your personal data.
This Data Deletion Policy explains how you can request the removal of your personal information from our systems.

2. What Data Can Be Deleted

You may request the deletion of:

Your personal information (e.g., name, email, phone number, address)
Your account profile and login credentials
Your booking history and related activity data
Any stored payment method information (processed through third-party providers)
App usage data linked to your account

Note:
Some data may be retained for legal, regulatory, fraud prevention, or operational reasons, in accordance with applicable laws.

3. How to Request Deletion

Option 1 – From the App

Use the “Delete My Account” option available in the app’s account settings.

Option 2 – By Email

Email us directly at care@dawwah-sa.com
with the subject line: “Data Deletion Request”

Please include the following details for verification:

Your registered name and email/phone number
Reason for deletion (optional)
Confirmation that you understand this action is irreversible

4. Processing Time

Your request will be reviewed and processed within 7 business days.
Once processed, your account will be deactivated, and associated data will be deleted or anonymized.
You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.

5. Important Notes

Once your data is deleted, you will no longer be able to access your account or booking history.
Some anonymized, non-identifiable data may be retained for analytics and legal compliance.
If you reinstall or reopen the app using the same contact information, you will need to create a new account.
